This is Bentley. He's a two-year old, neutered male.

His mother was an Australian Shepherd. His father was half Black Lab & half German Shepherd.

He was owner-relinquished, so he is still full of confidence. He REALLY enjoys life and wants to be part of an active family or somebody's best friend. He needs to be in a home where he will be included in activities. He is a brilliant dog & loves to learn. He pays close attention to what you're doing & often tries to copy & help. For example: He helped me carry branches to the burn pile, he pulled a branch over there by himself when he saw me carrying a bunch. He's tried to help me put the laundry into the washing machine. He can open the doors in my house. He returns the frisbee and tennis ball to me very well. I think he would LOVE to be trained in obedience and agility, it should be right up his alley! He walks well on leash, loves car rides & is completely house-broken.

Gladys is a true jewel in disguise! She looks to be part Australian Cattle Dog & possibly Pointer? She is spayed and about 3 years old. She is a very sweet girl who would love to be the only dog in the household. Her ideal home would be as a companion to a single woman. She does warm up to men, but definitely prefers women. She is very protective & will sleep on the foot of your bed if you let her. She is the cat "bodyguard" here, she follows them around to make sure the other dogs don't even look at them. She is crate trained, leash trained & rides well in the car. She is a calm girl who does not like chaos, so my house full of Australian Shepherds gets on her nerves a bit. She had a very rough start in life & deserves to be treated like the princess that she is!

This is George. He is one of the boys found left behind at a farmhouse when their people moved out. He is THRILLED to be in the house! He's a young man, probably around 18 months old. He's working on learning not to jump up on people, he's just a little desperate for attention right now. VERY happy and enthusiastic boy who loves everybody. He has one brown eye & the other is mostly blue. Good on leash, rides well in the car & uses doggy door to potty outside without fail.
